Specific terms

1. Earn entries to a prize draw and be in with a chance to win a share of £25,000 in bonus prizes.
2. The Promotion runs from 11:00 GMT+1 on 8th August 2024 until 22:59 GMT+1 on 14th August 2024.
3. To participate in the promotion, you will need to opt-in and stake a minimum of £10 on qualifying games.

Bonus terms

1. Bonus prizes will be paid within 72 hours of the promotional period ending.
2. There is a 10x wagering requirement on any bonus prizes, and as such players must stake the value of their bonus ten times before they become withdrawable. E.G If you receive a prize of £10, you will need to stake £100 on qualifying games before any winnings become withdrawable.
3. Any prize amounts offered will be calculated using the current currency multiplier table as determined at the sole discretion of Lottoland.

Everyone’s a Winner Terms

1. All players who opt-in and staked a minimum of £10 but do not win a bonus prize will receive a £2 Lotto Bonus.
2. Lotto Bonus will expire after 14 days.
3. Lotto Bonus prizes may be used on any Lotto bets purchased through the shopping cart.

After Party Terms & Conditions

1. Earn tickets to the After Party prize draw and be in with a chance to win a share of £10,000 in bonus prizes.
2. Players earn ticket(s) for the After Party Draw by participating in the Lottoland Festival campaigns.
3. Players can earn one ticket per campaign they participate in. The criteria to obtain a ticket for each campaign are:
   • £25,000 Rhythm Raffle: get at least one prize draw ticket.
   • £20,000 Chart Toppers: score at least 1 point on the leaderboard.
   • Sing & Dance: unlock and claim Offer 1.
   • £25,000 Encore Draw: get at least one prize draw ticket.
4. Players who earn 4 tickets will have their tickets total doubled to 8 tickets.
5. Players can win multiple prizes.
6. There is a 3x wagering requirement on the bonus prize, and as such players must stake the value of their winnings 3 times before they become withdrawable. E.G If you receive a prize of £50, you will need to stake £150 before any winnings become withdrawable and can be used only on the qualifying games.

Standard Terms

1. 4. All bonus amounts will be credited to your account within 48 hours but will expire within 7 days of credit to account, if unused. Jackpot wins, if any, may be subject to reasonable verification prior to credit.

7. We can change or cancel this promotion or change these terms and conditions without giving you notice, if any change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation or any other exceptional circumstances outside of our control:
   (a) By giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other significant reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems, we use to provide this promotion, or we identify any significant mistake or error in this promotion or the terms on which it is offered).
   (b) We can also award an equivalent bonus to the one referred to in this promotion.
8. If Lottoland across its networks find that you have used more than one account to participate, then any promotional amount or bonus earned on the duplicate account(s) will be cancelled.
9. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware, software or systems failures or malfunctions, nor for any unavailable, lost or interrupted, network connections which may result in incorrect information being displayed or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. We will use our records to determine whether any entries have been validly made.
10. In the event that any act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Lottoland which prevents Lottoland from complying with these terms and conditions then we will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations for the period of such act, event, or circumstance.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of Gibraltar. Any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of Gibraltar.
