Specific Terms

1. Earn entries to a prize draw and be in with a chance to win a share of £30,000 in bonus prizes.
2. The Promotion runs from 11:00 GMT+1 on 12th May 2023 until 22:59 GMT+1 on 17th May 2023.
3. To participate in the promotion, you will need to opt-in and stake a minimum of £10 on qualifying games.

5. The draw will take place on Thursday 18th May 2023.
6. There is no restriction on the number of prize draw entries that you can earn, and each entry can win a prize.

Bonus Terms

1. Bonus prizes will be paid within 72 hours of the promotional period ending.
2. There is a 10x wagering requirement on any bonus prizes, and as such players must stake the value of their bonus ten times before they become withdrawable. E.G If you receive a prize of £10, you will need to stake £100 on qualifying games before any winnings become withdrawable.
3. Any prize amounts offered will be calculated using the current currency multiplier table as determined at the sole discretion of Lottoland.

Double Whammy Terms

Restrictions

1. We prohibit certain types of play which are a breach of these terms and conditions where and whenever players attempt them and whether or not such attempts prove successful. These prohibited types of play include the following:
   (a) Using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that seeks to minimise the normal risks or odds of a game, spin or bet, including overall funds risk on any promo, play or bet).
   (b) Using more than one account in order to get more than the number of bonuses allowed for each customer.
   (c) Sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others. This includes taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you.
   (d) Taking part in a promotion that is not available in the country you live in.
   (e) Colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with, or acting alongside others, to gain, or to seek to gain, an unfair advantage).
   (f) Using more than one account per person, per household, or per IP address, or using third party accounts, in each case to multiply entries or increase overall returns in our promotions or any pooled or networked promotions.
   (g) Seeking to exploit any software, systems, game, human error, or malfunction in relation to any promotion on our website.
2. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
3. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and/or entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own, or any other automated means, in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, then that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize or bonus award will be void.
4. In the event that a winners’ account has been closed (by the player or the company) prior to completion of wagering requirements, if any, or (where applicable) the award of any prize (other than bonus funds), then bonus funds in relation to the former are forfeited and in respect of the latter then reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner via email or other method within a reasonable time period in relation to any live entries at time of closure.
5. Lottoland excludes any and all liability to participants for any loss, damage, disappointment, injury or loss of enjoyment, expectancy, or amenity, suffered by, or connected to, any player entering any of its Promotions, except in relation to death or personal injury or other liability which it cannot exclude by law.

Standard Terms

1. Your use of our website and any gaming or betting on it, is governed by our terms and conditions (the general terms) which apply, and you are taken to accept in addition to these Promotional Terms. You should read those general terms alongside these Promotional Terms before you take part in any promotion. Please read them here.
2. If you take part in any prohibited play as set out above (see Restrictions) we may cancel all or part of any bonuses or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus you have received as part of any promotion and/or suspend your account and/or void any free bets or bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed) and/or remove any winnings relating to, or arising from, any bonus.
3. You can withdraw your own cash or deposit funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
4. All bonus amounts will be credited to your account within 48 hours but will expire within 7 days of credit to account, if unused. Jackpot wins, if any, may be subject to reasonable verification prior to credit.
5. Any bonus amounts offered will be calculated using our current currency multiplier table.
6. You cannot take part in this promotion if we have previously banned you from taking part in promotions, or from betting or playing any games on our website, nor if you are self-excluded under any industry scheme or with ourselves.
7. We can change or cancel this promotion or change these terms and conditions without giving you notice, if any change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation or any other exceptional circumstances outside of our control:
   (a) By giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other significant reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems, we use to provide this promotion, or we identify any significant mistake or error in this promotion or the terms on which it is offered).
   (b) We can also award an equivalent bonus to the one referred to in this promotion.
8. If Lottoland across its networks find that you have used more than one account to participate, then any promotional amount or bonus earned on the duplicate account(s) will be cancelled.
9. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware, software or systems failures or malfunctions, nor for any unavailable, lost or interrupted, network connections which may result in incorrect information being displayed or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. We will use our records to determine whether any entries have been validly made.
10. In the event that any act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Lottoland which prevents Lottoland from complying with these terms and conditions then we will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations for the period of such act, event, or circumstance.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of Gibraltar. Any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of Gibraltar.
