Terms & Conditions - Lotto Plus Saturday Subscription Trial

Promotional Terms & Conditions

  1. A £4 discount will be applied when a weekly Saturday subscription for 1 line bet on Lotto Plus is added to the shopping cart.
  2. This offer is redeemable once per player.
  3. The player must be logged in to claim the offer.
  4. The offer must be redeemed by clicking on the link provided on the Website, in the email, SMS or mobile push received by the player or by manually entering the promotion code in the shopping cart: LP1SUBOCT18
  5. This offer will expire Wednesday 24th October at 23:59 BST.
  6. With exception to the first two weeks (the trial period), £4 will be billed automatically every two weeks as from the subscription start date and will activate the relevant Lotto Plus line bets for each of the subsequent two Saturdays. For example: If you subscribe on Wednesday 10th October, your line bets will be in play for Saturday 13th & Saturday 20th October, you will then be billed £4 on Saturday 20th October, after the Lotto Plus results are concluded, for your line bets for the following two Saturdays, 27th October and 3rd November; you will be billed again on Saturday 3rd November, after the Lotto Plus results are concluded, and will continue to be billed on a bi-weekly basis until the subscription is cancelled.
  7. Subscriptions can be cancelled by the customer at any time within the “My Activity” section of their online account, including during the trial period.
  8. Please note that cancelling the subscription will not cancel any line bets placed for the relevant period and the customer will not be refunded for these bets. In the above example, if the subscription is cancelled on the 25th October, the line bets on the 27th October and 3rd November will remain active but the customer will not be billed on the 3rd November. Cancelling a subscription ensures the customer is no longer billed for future periods.

 

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Players must be aged 18 or over.
  2. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  3. This offer is available to new and existing players unless otherwise specified.
  4. Any participant found to be operating multiple accounts in promotions will be in breach of these and our general account terms and conditions.
  5. The promoter will determine at its sole discretion by whatever means it deems necessary to establish if different entries or accounts are connected to the same person.
  6. Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, will be found to be in breach of these and promotional specific terms if the promoter at its sole discretion has reason to believe that a promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular, fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred.
  7. The decision of the promoter in all promotional matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The promoter reserves the right to withhold promotional benefits until resolution of any dispute.
  9. The decision of the promoter in respect of any matter concerning or related to competitions and promotions is final.
  10. In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions the promoter reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate in its absolute discretion.
